the building has beautiful picture art frames in the reception area. my room, b11, was just the right size for me and i found the bathroom tiling attractive. the tv offered various apps and live tv, which i appreciated. i also found it kind that the receptionist allowed me to store my luggage after i checked out.
I couldn't control the room heating. It was only on briefly in the evening, and i felt uncomfortably cold.

the room had ample space and the bed provided comfort. A big flat screen tv adorned the wall and i found tea and coffee making facilities to my liking. the end suite bathroom appears spacious and the shower delivered good service. i found the upgrade without asking to be helpful.
i noticed what sounded like a boiler in the background, cycling on and off. a cigarette scent upon entry, but i perceived it more as a slight damp smell.

The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable enough.
There was a continuous humming sound throughout the building, I think it was the boiler located in the cellar. People mentioned a smell of cigarettes in the building, maybe it was damp? It was worth noting, but not a massive inconvenience.
