I liked the location near the university. Parking was free. The member of staff was quick and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. This helped after a gig.

There were no TV despite of advertising that a smart tv would be provided.

location is awesome near university area. the room it was clean and right size with kitchen stuff. walks near the site, it was pretty. staff are kind and ready to help.

rooms felt too warm during some days, it made sleep hard. the noise levels too, at times, not awesome because of the place.

the location was perfect for attending an event at earlham park. access to a nearby bus stop made trips into town easy. i found the area very quiet during the night, awesome for restful sleep.

I noticed only a vending machine was available. This limited access to other amenities. it was necessary to go elsewhere for food, as nothing was available onsite. additional facilities would improve convenience.

kitchen access was a great feature with a fridge and a stove available for guest use. this allowed for preparation of simple meals, and the fridge space was useful for storing drinks. i found it to be very clean.

the room included a coffee set complete with a kettle and some snacks. i was glad to see a hairdryer was already provided in the room. the smart tv was larger than expected and offered a nice entertainment option.

situated on the edge of the university campus, it was a short walk to earlham park. signs were well-placed around. a shop and a student bar are in close proximity.

i walked over to the su bar and enjoyed a pizza, soaking up some of the university atmosphere. there is also a cafe located nearby and this offers a range of different options. i noticed everything was clean and tidy.
