fantastic stay, great location

beachfront proximity convenient location quiet area easy exploration

the hotel is near the beachfront and pier, only a short walk across the road. i found many shops, restaurants, and pubs nearby, with the town centre also easily accessible. the walk along the beach towards quieter areas was very pleasant. i appreciated the convenience of the location (it made exploring so easy).

i found the seagulls to be a little noisy early in the morning.

the room provided was a double room, containing a comfortable bed with lovely furnishings. i noted that the owner was helpful upon arrival. there were suitable arrangements to move a car for parking.

small room size insufficient ventilation

the room size was rather small for my liking. i also noticed the bathroom lacked proper ventilation. it was quite stuffy after a shower. this also caused some dampness to linger on the walls. i expected better air circulation.

really clean room comfortable bed good quality produce small room annoying seagulls early morning

The room was impeccably clean. The bed and pillows felt very comfortable. Breakfast was cooked to order and very good quality produce was used. The location was great. It was just a few minutes walk from the seafront and the pier.

The room was very small, even for British standards. Seagulls were a little annoying at 6 am. it was a very pleasant stay. I am grateful, though.

The room was very clean with good towels (I always appreciate that). Breakfast was included and the food was of good quality and very hot.

The seagulls were a little annoying early in the morning (they woke me up!).
