faulty temperature control insecure latch

The room lacked a proper latch. housekeeping entered without waiting long enough after knocking. They suggested using the 'do not disturb' sign constantly. also, the temperature control was faulty. i prefer cooler rooms, but i couldn't adjust the temperature below 71 degrees fahrenheit despite reporting the issue repeatedly. it made sleeping difficult. the engineer apparently couldn't fix it.

it included a wide selection of top quality food. the staff was helpful and cute without being overbearing.

hot water on the upper floor took a long time. i wish for a more prompt supply, especially during early mornings.
