fantastic stay!
helpful staff delicious breakfast comfortable beds amazing information
I really enjoyed the helpful reception staff. They gave quick, professional assistance. the breakfast was delicious!!! the buffet had many choices in a fine setting, and the staff kept things well-stocked. my room had a nice city view with comfortable beds, high ceilings, and a great bathroom. doorman davide provided amazing information!
the wifi was very slow with disconnections at times.

the hotel offers respectful staff from the bell persons and front desk, to dining. reception staff are helpful, also other members of staff were friendly and cute. the welcome upon entering the hotel was above and beyond.

my gorgeous bedroom included a windowed bathroom. the size of the room and the king size bed. the room was beautifully decorated with very good quality furniture. the bathroom was also spacious.

the hotel has an easy walk from the train station even with suitcases. the structure is excellent, and everything you need is there. this hotel is within easy walking distance to town and center, near many restaurants and stores.

squeaky floors old furniture
The room I got needed some serious help. The old, squeaky floors were bad and the furniture was definitely not what you expect at this price. The air conditioning barely worked. It blew cold air even when it was set high. It was hard to relax.

Wonderful location and service
helpful staff excellent location
The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the tasty breakfast buffet with its awesome view of the interior stairs. It was a treat to start the day. I found the location excellent and close to the city's attractions. The hotel is on the main shopping street.

amazing city stay!
central location friendly staff delicious breakfast
the central location worked perfectly for exploring, it put all the main attractions within easy reach, i loved how accessible everything felt! the staff was also super friendly and accommodating throughout my visit. i especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast with its variety of fresh options.
i did find the shower stall a bit small, it was hard to move comfortably.

amazing location helpful staff heavy noise warm room
the hotel boasts an amazing location. it is near the main attractions. the staff offered helpful suggestions for places to go. the breakfast was diverse and fresh.
the air conditioning is advertised as individually controlled, however, it was switched off. my room was too warm with no way to cool it. opening the window wasn't an option because of the city noise.

I appreciated the hotel's central location, a definite highlight. The proximity to major attractions made exploring simple. I found the room spacious and clean. The breakfast included many options, it was quite satisfactory.
I had a slight issue with a minor delay during check-in, but it was resolved quickly.
