Brighton House enjoys a superb location near the beach and Regency Square, making it easy to explore Brighton and Hove, including the i360 Viewing Tower. Guests consistently praise the fresh and varied breakfast, complete with croissants and fruit, and some enjoyed rooms with balconies overlooking the blue sea. While most find the accommodations comfortable, a few guests have mentioned occasional issues with noise from the square at night, or cleanliness under the bed. Rooms often include amenities like tea/coffee facilities, and ironing boards.

the location was acceptable.
I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the shower. It was either scalding hot or ice cold. there was no in-between. also, the breakfast lacked variety and the pastries seemed stale, and it was like a cheap way to cut corners. it made me question the attention to detail throughout the rest of the hotel.

staff was helpful, they provided excellent advice regarding local parking, indeed challenging. i also enjoyed the breakfast with fresh croissants and fruit.
The hotel showed its age a bit. There was some visible wear and tear in the hallways.
