friendly staff parking discount clean room comfortable room
The staff was friendly and helpful at check-in. They walked me to the room and informed me of a complimentary drink at the bar. I also received a discount for parking (very useful). The room was nice and neat.
There was a small issue where the room was darker than expected based on online pictures, but I adapted to it quickly.

The location worked great for exploring. The complimentary beer was a really nice touch. The record player with vinyls was unique. I found the staff helpful and polite. They offered assistance when needed.

Mixed experience due to noise and layout
illogical bed placement poor soundproofing
The location was good for exploring the area.
The bed was illogically placed right next to the entrance door. The door was not soundproofed, so corridor noise felt very close. Anyone walking by at night sounded like they were coming into the room.

discounted parking helpful staff dark room new rate
the room was nicely furnished. the staff at the entrance were very helpful, they provided a voucher for discounted parking at the nearby ncp shiprow carpark.
the room was much darker than in the pictures online. the hotel informed us that changing rooms would require payment for the new room. a new rate was required to return to the originally booked room too.

the staff offered a very enthusiastic welcome. they accommodated me with no reservation for dinner. the room featured a good temperature and handy fridge.
the facilities were not as good as previously, the hotel removed snacks.
