mixed feelings about my stay

convenient locationmalfunctioning heaterunpleasant smell

the location was indeed very convenient, with access to the city center.

the room temperature was difficult to manage as the heater did not function correctly. i was told the hotel was fully booked, so a room change wasn't possible which was frustrating. additionally, the pillows had an unpleasant smell , made sleeping a bit difficult. i wished the hotel could have addressed this.
