poor soundproofing loud fridge
the rooms are clean and feature a coffee machine, which i appreciated.
the hotel claimed soundproofing, but i heard every neighbor. the fridge was small, yet surprisingly loud all night. as a light sleeper, it was a challenge.

thin walls bad coffee
the hotel location was fine. it was near the city center, so i could walk to most places.
i was quite disappointed with the noise. my room walls seemed thin, and i could hear everything from the hallway all night. also, the breakfast was not good. it had very few options, and the coffee tasted bad.

mixed feelings about my stay

malfunctioning heater unpleasant smell
the location was indeed very convenient, with access to the city center.
the room temperature was difficult to manage as the heater did not function correctly. i was told the hotel was fully booked, so a room change wasn't possible which was frustrating. additionally, the pillows had an unpleasant smell , made sleeping a bit difficult. i wished the hotel could have addressed this.
