Breathe Boutique Hotel features air-conditioned rooms with a desk, a coffee machine, a fridge, and a safety deposit box. Rooms include a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom with a shower, and free toiletries. Guests can find a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, and a tea and coffee maker in the kitchenette. Select rooms feature a patio and offer city or river views. The Calm Comfort room offers a kitchenette, an Auping mattress, a desk and a sitting area, a 50-inch TV + chromecast and climate control. Dream it Deluxe rooms are more spacious than the Calm Comfort room, and also boast a convenient kichenette area complete with a fridge, microwave, espresso machine, smoothie blender, and kettle. The Slow Down Suite offers a canal view and its light and airy feel as well as a kitchenette. The Breathe Easy Loft features a separate lounge area, a sofa and dining table as well as a well-equipped kitchenette.

Breathe Hotel Leiden offers breakfast for €18.95 per person. Guests can select breakfast items at the reception and enjoy them in their rooms. The breakfast consists of a choice of: croissant, bread, ham, cheese, chicken fillet, greek yoghurt, muesli/granola, chia seeds, boiled eggs, fresh fruits and juice.
