busted thermostat sewer smell

the thermostat was busted. i told them about it, but no one seemed to care. also, there was this sewer smell wafting from the bathroom pipes. it was like i was sharing my room with a tiny, angry swamp thing. it wasnt great but it was there.

varied breakfast great location disgusting waitress dissatisfied reception

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It had a delicious and varied selection. I also appreciated the location close to the train and bus station and the nearby Leiden University Medical Center.

The waitress in the canteen behaved disgustingly. She told me what utensils to use. The girls at the reception had a dissatisfied look on their faces ALL the time.

Convenient Stay Near the Station

convenient location pleasant staff comfy bed

I found the location quite convenient, very close to both the railway and bus stations. The staff were pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. My room had a coffee maker, a hairdryer, and a very comfy bed (I slept soundly each night).

The noise from the street was bothersome at times. The window had to be opened since there was no air conditioning, though the description mentioned facilities with air conditioning. The coffee pods didn't fit in the coffee machine, so I was unable to have coffee in my room.

a tender stay near the station

friendly staff treat bag good variety

the staff was really friendly. they offered our children bags with treats. breakfast was nice and of good variety. the parking was close and easy to access, though we had to pay for it.

the lack of air conditioning was a surprise. it is a major brand in a european city. that was a downside. the absence of climate control impacted my comfort.

The reception team provided quick assistance, especially during check-in. They helped me with my luggage. restaurant staff were available and fulfilled my requests. i found their attention to detail quite nice.

convenient location train station coffee machine

the room included a fridge and coffee machine which i appreciated. the breakfast was fantastic with a lot of variety. i found the location very convenient as it was close to the train station.
