Fantastic Location and Wonderful Staff!

The front desk staff were superb! Simon and Paulo were particularly helpful with a genuine smile. The location is amazing for visiting the Sanctuary as it is so close! I had a wonderful corner room with a great balcony on the fourth floor. The view of the Basilica was lovely.

The bar area is a bit small. I think a little more space would make it even better

This building showcases beautiful architecture of the Belle Epoque era. Its maintained wood, glassware, walls, and floors are all in perfect condition. The hotel restaurant offered excellent food and very good service. A bar is also on the hotel.

The hotel is super close to the Basilica. Numerous restaurants and stores are within easy walking distance. It is the best location in town!

The room was clean and well maintained with comfortable beds and pillows. There was daily room service that kept everything in top shape. The rooms have been restored on the bedroom floors while still keeping the original spirit.
