acceptable stay near the grotto

convenient location helpful staff well-kept room limited breakfast musty bedsheets outside noise

the location was really convenient for visiting the grotto. the staff was helpful, particularly when i needed directions. my classic twin room was clean and well-kept.

the breakfast selection felt limited for a hotel of this category. the bedsheets in my room could have been fresher (i noticed a slight musty smell). i also experienced some noise from outside during the night.

an okay stay, but some issues surfaced

early checkout limited breakfast

Our group ran into a bizarre situation. even with a 'do not disturb' sign displayed and checkout hours away, our belongings were packed up and removed from our rooms early. clothes were wrinkled, and personal items were left behind. It was quite unsettling. breakfast was also disappointing. Bacon ran out quickly and was not replenished.
