Nice Stay in Spacious Room
helpful service great view excellent staff convenient location
The staff provided helpful service throughout my visit. The room included three verandas with a great view. Moussa in the restaurant and Lili at reception were excellent. The restaurant served great meals. The hotel offered a parking area which was very convenient. The hotel is close to the sanctuary. The location allowed me to walk easily.
The lifts had astro turf on the floor and walls with white daisies, it seemed unusual.

My room was well-decorated and it included a very comfortable bed with a lot of light. The hotel has well decorated rooms, all designed for a relaxing guest experience. The room had a nice view.

I enjoyed the hotel amenities from breakfast to the spa. there was a wide selection of food around the hotel. I found it convenient. the hotel was close to the sanctuary, but still quiet. i appreciated the convenient location

fantastic stay near the sanctuary
nice surprise friendly staff outdoor jacuzzi convenient parking
i found a bag of treats upon departure it was a nice surprise the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay i enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi a lot the location is close to the grotto and parking is right by the hotel
the swimming pool indoors felt a bit cold no sauna or steam room was available
