All rooms are designed to comfortably sleep two adults only. Does the junior suite feature a private balcony?

The junior suite does not have a balcony. Only certain rooms, such as the two Standard Plus and the Bohemian Deluxe, offer that feature. If we arrive late at night, will someone be available at the reception to assist with check-in?
