the staff worked hard. i liked the food options and it was available most the day. rooms got cleaned with towels provided. the drinks were good enough and the evening entertainment was ok.

the hotel had a decent sized pool and plenty of sun loungers. there was a bar near the pool that served snacks and drinks throughout the day. activities were organized with water polo played daily.

The room included a safe and a mini fridge. it didn't have much storage. i had to request an iron. the bathroom needed an update. The shower tray looked unclean.

breakfast staffs are nice and helpful. the restaurant had excellent service and the entertainment staffs were great. cleaning staffs also provided great service and the room was cleaned every day.

rude staff

The staff was hardly friendly. trini from the restaurant shouted at me after i dropped some fruit and made me clean the floor. It was humiliating!!! also, the spa double-booked my massage appointment on my partner's birthday. they didn't seem to care at all. there was also no entertainment around the hotel, only 2 staff singing for an hour one night. it was frustrating!!!

The location is convenient. It is close to the beach. Public transport links are nearby. The provided entertainment programme included singers. Maria from the entertainment staff was excellent.

The walls are thin. I could hear noise from other rooms. The open closet is small. The bathroom also has little space for unpacking.
