EXCELLENT hotel EXPERIENCE!
spacious room great air conditioning
This hotel REALLY delivered on its promise of peace and quiet. Our room was spacious AND comfortable with great air conditioning. Beach towels were provided, SO convenient! The staff were helpful. They made everything easy.

Breakfast included fresh orange juice brought to the table, which i REALLY appreciated. The hot breakfast was cooked to order EACH day. I tried lovely meals in house. The food tasted fresh AND well-prepared.

The pool area featured complimentary towels, handy. Separate towels were provided for the beach, which i found useful. The local bus stop was 50m away offering routes to other towns. It was VERY easy to explore.

The hotel is near beaches and coves, which are a short walk away. Restaurants are also nearby, within walking distance of the hotel. I found easy parking in local streets, a HUGE relief.

I found the breakfast superb it was served at the pool terrace. the local bus stop was conveniently 50m away. Buses went to pollensa. the pool and garden areas were immaculate. Towels were complimentary.

serene and luxurious stay
friendly team easy transport nice stay warm greeting
the hotel team was friendly from the beginning to the end. i was always greeted with a smile during breakfast. the team helped me arrange transport to and from the airport. i had a nice stay there.
the gym lacked air conditioning and it felt a little uncomfortable.

underwhelming service and minor inconveniences
unhelpful receptionist uninterested staff
the receptionist was unhelpful when i tried to book directly. she suggested i use the website instead, a response i found dismissive. i also wanted to inquire about using the restaurant and pool for the day, but no one ever assisted me. it reminded me of they weren't interested in new customers.
