charming stay
pool terrace local bus garden area
I found the breakfast superb it was served at the pool terrace. the local bus stop was conveniently 50m away. Buses went to pollensa. the pool and garden areas were immaculate. Towels were complimentary.

serene and luxurious stay
friendly team easy transport nice stay warm greeting
the hotel team was friendly from the beginning to the end. i was always greeted with a smile during breakfast. the team helped me arrange transport to and from the airport. i had a nice stay there.
the gym lacked air conditioning and it felt a little uncomfortable.

breakfast included fresh orange juice brought to the table each morning with tea. hot breakfast was cooked to order, and continental options included an inside buffet. there were lots of pastries available.

the staff provided beach towels in addition to the pool towels. there was also a local bus stop just 50m away from the hotel. the hotel bar offered excellent service and good prices.

the hotel is a short walk to the beach and village amenities. easy parking is available in the local streets. the hotel features gorgeous cove beaches. there are a few restaurants nearby.

underwhelming service and minor inconveniences
unhelpful receptionist uninterested staff
the receptionist was unhelpful when i tried to book directly. she suggested i use the website instead, a response i found dismissive. i also wanted to inquire about using the restaurant and pool for the day, but no one ever assisted me. it reminded me of they weren't interested in new customers.
