The mattress in my room was TERRIBLE. I could feel every spring. It was very NOISY every time I moved. I hardly slept a wink.

The staff were nice and provided a fan in my room since the weather was hot, I appreciate that.

The hotel advertised itself as wheelchair accessible, a claim I found laughable. The main entrance has a revolving door plus fire doors that damaged my powerchair multiple times (I was not happy). The bathroom was also unacceptable. I had to use a public one near reception, quite inconvenient at night.

The staff were helpful enough during check-in, I guess.

I found several spiders in my room. When I asked for a different room, the replacement had fewer spiders, but also questionable stains on the bedsheets. Seriously?!

i found the staff very helpful and nice. the location was quiet and convenient. the petrol station next door offered reasonable prices for snacks and drinks.

the wifi was poor. i could barely get one bar. the tv in my room did not work at all. the restaurant was also closed .
