fantastic stay!

modern space pretty ground convenient location wonderful experience

The hotel rooms and common spaces were lovely and modern. The grounds of the hotel are pretty and well manicured. its location near several beaches, including the famous golden horn, was convenient. everything about the hotel surpassed expectations. i would come back again. The experience was wonderful.

the drinks were too expensive, including both mineral water and alcohol! service was acceptable, but the staff seemed slow and occasionally a bit rude.

the hotel has a gym. it has treadmills and stationary bikes. the hotel provides bowling and complimentary ping pong. the location is close to several beaches and the zlatni rat beach is not far.

i really enjoyed my stay! the location was near beautiful beaches. also the view from the restaurant is fine. the staff were very friendly and helpful whenever i asked for anything.

the gym's pool towel supply was unreliable, requiring multiple trips to different locations each morning.

shaded promenade fine beaches poor service childish behaviour

the location was beautiful with a gorgeous walk along a shaded promenade. nearby beaches were fine i found true peace. i also enjoyed the modern charging points and the powerful shower after long walks.

the staff refused to give me a towel one afternoon and he was not nice. the sign said towels were available until 16:00, but he said it was too late even though it was 15:50 he obviously does not know what service is, such childish behaviour. the food in the hotel was good but it was very noisy because of all the families with children, constant noise.
