underwhelming stay despite appearances

cold pool poor service

the main pool was advertised as heated, i discovered it was shockingly cold. when i brought this up, staff just suggested the spa pool. it felt dirty and did not have a view. the level of service did not meet expectations, i had to set up my own sunlounger at the beach club.

My check-in process featured a welcome drink and prompt luggage assistance. My room was clean, spacious and comfortable with great amenities. I appreciated the great staff I encountered (Ana at reception was amazing).

The Beautiful Double or Twin Room Sea View had comfortable beds, a mini-bar and a spacious layout. The bathroom included high-end toiletries and a rainfall shower which was a welcome addition. Rooms also feature blackout curtains, which contributed to restful sleep.

The hotel is within a reasonable walking distance to the town center. This proximity allowed easy access to local attractions and dining options (I particularly enjoyed the evening strolls). The immediate area also felt safe and well-kept.

Breakfast included both buffet options and an à la carte menu. I particularly appreciated the freshly prepared eggs and coffee options. The restaurant also offered a good selection of local and international dishes for lunch and dinner.
