the room was acceptable, with comfortable beds.

The noise level was pretty bad. Kids were running and screaming. i could hear everything through the walls, and sleep was difficult. the food quality was a real letdown. It was often cold and lacked flavor.

The room was large and had a big double bed, which i appreciated. It was a beautiful room balcony, and the sea view was beautiful! the swimming pool was also large enough for everyone and always very clean. i found the sauna really relaxing after a day in the sun. there was also a good gym.

i found the water to be ridiculously priced. i had to produce my key card whenever i ordered a drink around the hotel. usually i just tell them my room number and that's it.

the dining manager sara was so helpful and friendly! the food choice was excellent and the staff were cute. breakfast was a complete bun fight. hardly any fruit was on offer, but there were good croissants.

A Good Getaway!

The room featured a large double bed and a high standard of cleanliness. A beautiful sea view enhanced my stay. I enjoyed the big swimming pool and relaxing sauna. The parking facility was convenient.

Waiting for an elevator sometimes took 10-15 minutes because of the high demand, especially during peak hours.

The staff was attentive and helpful throughout my visit. Ivana, the front office manager, showed true professionalism and ensured a nice stay. The personnel seemed well-trained.

The breakfast buffet offered really good quality food with many options. The salad and vegetable selections were particularly extensive. I think that the food was AMAZING!!! Fresh pastries were abundant.

the room was spacious and well designed. the lobby had a fine design. the staff was consistently friendly and helpful (i felt very welcomed).

the check in process took a while. i found it difficult to order a drink at the pool. the level of management was disappointing to me.
