poor communicationdusty flowers

I was quite frustrated with a few aspects of my stay. the lack of clear communication about the spa timings was annoying. i was told it closed at 11 pm, only to find out it actually closed an hour earlier.. it was like a waste of my time. additionally, i found the abundance of artificial flowers throughout the hotel a bit much. Many were dusty, not a great look.

the restaurant was a real letdown service was slow our order took ages and when it finally arrived the quality was poor i sent my starter back the spa pool was also surprisingly cold it seems standards slipped

Fantastic Stay Near Gare du Nord

I found the family room with joint suites AMAZING for our family. The hotel's proximity to the train station made getting around SUPER easy. I really appreciated the refillable water bottles in the room, and refill points on each floor. The pool and excellent sauna in the basement were a NICE touch.

The gym equipment was a little weak. More variety would be ideal.

the bedrooms were gorgeous and spacious, also clean. the swimming pool was great, i found the staff polite and friendly.

the hotel had very little soundproofing despite its location by the train station
