Blackaddie House Hotel offers six ensuite rooms and a River Suite. The River Suite includes french doors to a patio overlooking the River Nith, a lounge, and a kitchen area. It features a super king-size bed convertible to twins. The Grouse room, the largest, has a super king-sized four-poster bed, dual garden and river views, and two sitting areas. The Partridge offers a super king-sized bed, garden views, and a sitting area. The Pheasant has a super king-size bed and garden views. The Mallard features a king-size bed and views of the River Nith. The Ptarmigan includes a super king-sized bed and a bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and walk-in rainfall shower. Rooms include flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, tea and coffee facilities, homemade shortbread, Scottish mineral water, and a fruit basket. Four rooms have a jacuzzi or roll-top bath and a separate walk-in shower. Most rooms offer garden and/or river views.

Blackaddie features one of Scotland's restaurants, serving a menu prepared with fresh Scottish produce. The restaurant retains an à la carte menu, and a lounge menu is available for lighter meals. Guests can book exclusive use of Blackaddie for special birthdays, anniversaries, or gatherings. Exclusive use includes tailored service and pricing for events like foodie birthdays, shooting parties, or small weddings.

Hotel Services
Blackaddie is dog-friendly. Dogs are welcome in most rooms and public areas (excluding the restaurant). Dog beds, towels, treats, and water bowls are available.
