fantastic stay!!!

coffee facilities clean ensuite

kathy was cute and generous, it really seemed like home! our room had tea and coffee facilities and a super clean ensuite. breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious!!!

the room was advertised with a bath, but there was no bath. the bed was soft and squeaky, any movement from my partner woke me up!

the breakfast had many options. i could see the garden and the living room while i was eating. parking was available in front of the house. i chose my breakfast the day before.

the bed was too soft for me. it was also squeaky, and i woke up during the night. the room did not seem clean enough! there was no comfortable seating in the room to relax.

The location was conveniently close to where I needed to be.

The bed was far too soft and creaked incessantly with every tiny movement , disturbing my sleep. The room was also not as clean as one would expect from a place of this supposed calibre. I also noticed there wasn't a bathtub , despite it being advertised as such in the room description.

The house features beautiful décor. The furnishings are tasteful and well kept. Off-road parking was available. Breakfast was really good (I especially liked the local produce!).

My room was quite warm. This made it a little difficult to sleep comfortably.

The host provided really good service. The room featured comfortable furnishings and ample space. Breakfast was a good experience. The outdoor seating area allowed for relaxation in a tranquil setting.

I noticed a slight creaking sound from the floorboards in the hallway.
