Locanda dal Bigatt Restaurant is led by Chef Daniele Giordano, serving cuisine made with seasonal products from organic gardens and orchards. Ingredients also come from the region and socially responsible companies. The service staff advises on wine and beer pairings. The grounds feature a vineyard, Moncucchetto farm, which produces the Morchì wine served at the Locanda del Bigatt. All other wines are local. The restaurant includes three interior rooms and a patio with an old wine press for wine tastings.
