The hotel is very close to the train station. This made it easy to travel to Cinque Terre. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. I also appreciated the complimentary minibar in my room (it was a nice touch!).
The hotel had no parking available upon arrival, even though I requested it in advance. This was inconvenient.

the hotel is conveniently across from the main train station. i felt secure in the area surrounding the building. the room included advertised amenities.
i arrived by car and had reserved parking yet there was no clear area to stop. i received a parking ticket while trying to check in. the front desk staff did not immediately open the garage door and i had to call for assistance.

the front desk man's general incompetence made my arrival a bit negative. i received a parking ticket for two minutes next to the hotel. there was a lack of information about what to do with a car at check in.

the hotel location was amazing, very close to the railway station. the staff helped me a lot with early check in and late check out. the room was clean and the shower was also really good!!!
the wifi connection was very bad. i paid a lot of money for staying and this aspect was not worth it.
