The hotel was easy to find because of sat nav and postcode. check-in was quick and cute. The front desk staff was friendly. i was offered a choice of bonus points or a free breakfast because i am a priority club member.
The hotel bar was not well staffed some nights when the restaurant was busy. I had to wait for my drink.

staff acknowledged my priority club diamond elite membership. they provided excellent service and were genuinely friendly. i did appreciate the efficient and smooth check-out process, too.

The room was very clean and well maintained. it looked exactly as i expected it to. i appreciated the quiet atmosphere. It was a fantastic stay and i did like the clean bedsheets.

the breakfast had a good mix of continental and cooked options. it was a pleasant surprise to see bacon and beans there. i found very good service at the restaurant.

The location was good for the train station. Nothing to write home about, but acceptable.
I found some issues though. the air conditioning barely worked, so the room remained stuffy. also, the room smelled vaguely of old socks. Not the most appealing welcome, i must say. twice!!

The check-in process was smooth. Ester at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, such a sweet person! My room was upgraded. I had a lovely balcony, a very thoughtful touch. The room was clean and well kept. It met all my expectations.
