Excellent Stay Near the Train Station
train station easy access smooth check-in sound glazing
I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the Brignole train station. I found it easy to reach the hotel (it's on the other side of the piazza). The reception staff provided a cute check-in (very smooth!). The room had both double and secondary glazing that really blocked out noise.

The hotel restaurant has upmarket options (three courses, with beer and a half-bottle of wine amounted to €75). The dishes were of excellent quality and well worth the price.

The hotel has a professional and well-managed feel to it. Staff members focused on delivering good service (always with a smile!). The entire facility felt luxurious and comfortable.

outdated room decor low water pressure
The location was acceptable since it was close to the train station.
I was disappointed by the outdated room decor. The bathroom felt cramped, and the shower had very low water pressure. I had trouble rinsing my hair properly. the noise from the street was constant despite the double windows.

shower mold brown water
the staff were friendly at the front desk so that's something.
the shower had mold, really gross. brown water also came out of the taps on the last morning. this all felt unhygienic.

convenient stay near the station
convenient location easy trip comfy beds computerized controls
I found the location convenient, directly across from the brignole train station. This. i could leave my luggage before check-in and the staff permitted an early check-in at noon. It helped a lot. the beds were comfortable, and i slept soundly each night. the hotel added computerized controls in the room, which i found convenient.
The room furniture seemed quite old, though everything was functional. The pictures online made me expect something more modern.

The triple room featured spotlessly clean surfaces, offering a comfortable environment. Soundproofing ensured a quiet stay. the room also had computerized controls for adjusting lights and temperature, a feature i definitely appreciated. the beds provided a good mattress, promoting restful sleep.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They allowed early check-in at noon. staff handled luggage storage before check-in. It allowed me to explore the area without carrying bags. the staff gave clear directions to local attractions.

The lobby has a spacious design. It allowed guests to relax or meet comfortably. the breakfast was AMAZING!!! it included several options. access to public transportation like the metro and buses was available near the hotel.

The hotel's location next to the train station made travel convenient. Portofino was easily accessible by train. the hotel is also near main shopping outlets. It made shopping convenient. the location provides easy access to the city center.
