I found the hotel location VERY convenient. The service was generally good, and the staff seemed well-trained. I also took advantage of the boat service to Portofino, a great perk.

Our welcome was not as nice as our departure, SADLY. There was no greeting, and nobody offered assistance with luggage. I found a musty scent throughout the hotel. It was bothersome. Our bed linens were not changed between nights.

the breakfast provided a good variety of food selections so that was acceptable

the room had a musty scent i also felt someone was smoking near my room it was bothersome the linens on the bed were not changed between nights i found my hair band in the sheets when i returned there were no wash cloths provided with the towels in the bathroom
