I found a couple of things disappointing. First. the room felt quite dated, and the furnishings looked worn. the noise from the street outside at night was also quite noticeable. It disrupted my sleep a bit. the old furnishings and street noise weren't ideal

The receptionist was very polite and helpful. I requested decaffeinated coffee and they provided it without any issues. The staff gave me useful information about a local takeaway. This helped me to have a lovely dinner.
