the staff was very helpful during check-in. we booked a quadruple room, perfect for our family (it had ample space). the room was generally clean despite being fairly basic.

the lift made a very audible noise throughout the night. i could also clearly hear other guests being noisy in adjacent rooms.

excellent location metro station friendly staff

the location was excellent and close to many main tourist spots. metro stations were very near. i found the staff both friendly and accommodating (they were always ready to help with directions). the room was clean and the bed proved very comfortable.

the room i stayed in felt somewhat dated. the shower had a bath tap combination without a proper screen, made things a bit awkward.
