Weekday access to the public hot spring is NT$700 per person; weekends and holidays are NT$800. Private rooms are available for 90 minutes at NT$1,400 on weekdays and NT$1,600 on weekends and holidays, accommodating two guests.

Beitou Hot Spring Resort faces Beitou Park and is near Taiwan's first eco-friendly library. It's a 5-minute walk from MRT Xinbeitou and 20 minutes by car from Taipei Main. Taipei Songshan Airport is 15 km away. Nearby landmarks include Air Defense Maze (0.3 km), Beitou Thermal Valley (1 km), and Plum Garden (1 km).
