i found the staff very helpful, especially with holding our luggage before and after checkout (flight times were a bit awkward). the room seemed like an upgrade, it was quite large. public transport was close, and many locations were easily walkable. we really had a great time.

The soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear a baby crying and water from showers in other rooms. i also heard street noise. it slightly impacted sleep quality.

the room was big enough to easily accommodate four adults. the linens were replaced daily, a nice touch. the bathroom's layout was well-designed.
