Really good Service and Prime Location
spacious suite attentive staff prime location hotel cleanliness
My room was a spacious Executive Junior Suite, giving me plenty of room to relax. I found the staff to be very attentive. They promptly addressed all my requests. The hotel's proximity to local attractions made sightseeing very easy. I especially liked the cleanliness evident throughout the entire hotel.
I noticed some wear on the carpets in the hallways.

The hotel enjoys an excellent location, only minutes away from key subway lines, providing very convenient access to all parts of the city. Sogo department store is within walking distance.

The staff were helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist with directions and recommendations for local restaurants. Their attention to detail was excellent and added significant value to my stay.
Facilities

The onsite pool offered a great spot for relaxation, complete with comfortable loungers and poolside food service. The fitness center was well-equipped, great for a solid workout, and the breakfast buffet offered numerous delicious options.

a very charming hotel stay
helpful staff breakfast variety
the staff were helpful, they assist me with directions and recommendations. the breakfast had wide variety of options, it included both western and local dishes. i found fresh fruit available every morning, it add a touch of freshness. a comfortable junior suite was offered, i thought it was lovely and clean.
the elevators seemed a little slow during peak times, i experience a slight wait on a couple occasions. it was a small inconvenience though.

the hotel features a gym with treadmills and stationary bikes, but it is not very modern. there are multiple swimming pools available , i saw a sauna available.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection, i enjoyed both local and international choices. i notice fresh fruit and pastries were available daily. the restaurants within the hotel were easily accessible.

the hotel is near public transportation, i walked to a metro station in a few minutes. several shops and restaurants are nearby, i found exploring the neighborhood easy. the location allowed convenient access to the city.

the room included robes and slippers, i used them. complimentary water and soda were provided in the fridge, i thought that was a good detail. the bathroom featured two sinks and a shower.

omelet station helpful staff mrt access dated room small bathroom thin walls
the breakfast was diverse. i especially liked the omelet station (they made it to order!). the staff was helpful and friendly, always smiling and ready to assist. the hotel's location was convenient with easy access to the mrt.
the room felt dated. the bathroom was small, and it was a bit awkward getting into the shower due to the toilet's placement. i could hear conversations from the next room, so the walls seemed thin. there were limited plugs available, inconvenient.
