Really good Service and Prime Location

My room was a spacious Executive Junior Suite, giving me plenty of room to relax. I found the staff to be very attentive. They promptly addressed all my requests. The hotel's proximity to local attractions made sightseeing very easy. I especially liked the cleanliness evident throughout the entire hotel.

I noticed some wear on the carpets in the hallways.

the staff were helpful, they assist me with directions and recommendations. the breakfast had wide variety of options, it included both western and local dishes. i found fresh fruit available every morning, it add a touch of freshness. a comfortable junior suite was offered, i thought it was lovely and clean.

it was a small inconvenience though.

the breakfast was diverse. i especially liked the omelet station (they made it to order!). the staff was helpful and friendly, always smiling and ready to assist. the hotel's location was convenient with easy access to the mrt.

the room felt dated. the bathroom was small, and it was a bit awkward getting into the shower due to the toilet's placement. i could hear conversations from the next room, so the walls seemed thin. there were limited plugs available, inconvenient.
