The room was quite comfy and clean. The staff members are friendly (really dedicated people!). The hotel provided easy parking. I found it quite convenient. I thought the replenished tea and coffee each day was thoughtful.

The hotel is next to the Lincolnshire Wolds. The hotel's location is convenient for reaching Skegness raceway. I observed that the setting is in an interesting little town with historical content.

The hotel offers Chinese food at any reasonable hour. The Chinese restaurant downstairs features an extensive menu. The value for money is excellent. This is a great service (especially if you are fond of Chinese cuisine).

The check-in process was quick and easy. The host greeted me and took me to the room. Each day my tea and coffee were replenished. This was a nice touch. The staff was generally friendly.

the price was good, and the staff were friendly.
The wardrobe door would not stay closed because it lacked a key. the sink drain had an unpleasant odor. I think it just needed a good cleaning. i was not made aware of wifi availability.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. I really appreciate that! the food was plentiful and tasty. the location worked well for my planned activities, made everything easier. parking was easy too. Such a relief!
one tiny thing, i noticed a slight mismatch of furniture in the room. it was not a huge deal though.

The area was not too busy. That's a definite plus. its proximity to my destination was perfect. the hotel offers easy access to many nearby attractions so its amazing.
