the location suited My travel plans. the hotel was close to several attractions.
the power Went out Twice during one night. i could hear Snoring from another room. the bathroom seemed tiny, it lacked sufficient space to move freely. i found it difficult.

the Victoria room had comfortable furnishings. underfloor heating in the bathroom was a PLUS. designated parking avoided the struggle to find a space after a long day.

i appreciated the clean and bright atmosphere of the building. i found great recommendations for local dining. i had a very restful night. the building smelled lovely, a bonus for me.
the bathroom was quite small, made moving around a bit challenging. i found myself needing more space . i hope they can address this in the future.

The staff provided vegan biscuits after we requested them. the bed was comfortable. the location was also close to wells next the sea and holkham house and dunes. That was excellent.
parking is tight. access is very tight because it's also the access point for some cottages.
