the staff were friendly and helpful. the ground floor location was good. i booked a return journey. the directions from the uk were easy to follow.
it started at 8am. the room was like it was vibrating.

I found the hotel easy to locate with free parking. The reception offers complimentary coffee anytime. The bus connection to Girona center is convenient with a short walk and frequent service. The service was helpful. The lady at the desk spoke English well and offered local information.
The mini refrigerator cooled items slowly, basically requiring a full night. The window did not fully open, as it hit a shelf limiting ventilation. They switched the AC to heat but the room was hot.

The room was modern. The cleanliness was really good. The room had basic amenities that were suitable for a short stay, that included comfortable beds.

The breakfast included salami, cheese, ham, and jam. There was also yogurt and fruit available. Coffee, tea, and chocolate milk were always available. Breakfast had a good variety.

The staff spoke perfect English. They were very helpful and pleasant. One lady explained the bus routes and tourist attractions. She was well-informed.

the staff was friendly and helpful (always a plus).
The provided towels were insufficient. We only received one towel when the reservation was for two people. also, the bed felt far too soft. It did not allow for a comfortable night's sleep.
