The staff was friendly and cute. The room was a good size and kept very clean. I found snacks every day, and the bed was so comfy.
It was difficult to find the hotel. I spent some time trying to locate it initially.

the location was central public parking was available at parking eiximenis a short walk away walkable access to everything was convenient the staff were very nice and helpful overall service was good
the room had a velux roof window only offering no view outside it was not acceptable for a four star hotel

cracked floor blocked sink
The location was great, near many bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated that.
The room had significant issues. The floor had cracks, and the wooden bed frame was chipped in several places. The bathroom sink was regularly blocked. Dirty water rose back through the pipes. (It was very unhygienic)
