the hotel was very clean. the staff were friendly and helpful . i found a good selection of food, even vegetarian and vegan options were available (i appreciate that).

I experienced very poor soundproofing in my room. i could hear conversations from the neighbouring room clearly. the bathroom's toilet placement was awkward. It was difficult to sit comfortably. also, the bar was not consistently staffed during the daytime. This made getting a coffee difficult.

the staff were helpful and professional. all areas were clean. staff explained everything clearly and went the extra effort to organise a taxi to the airport.

The room had a balcony that was totally enclosed and had no view. the quality of the food has really slipped from previous years. only 2 coffee machines in the dining room at breakfast time created long queues. Everyone waited for at least 10 minutes.

the location is close to the beach and resort centre i found that helpful all staff were very friendly and cute i felt at home. the hotel room overlooked the pool and was very nice and clean

the hotel bar was supposed to open at 10am but it was often unstaffed in the daytime i had difficulty getting a coffee
