the room was clean enough.
Checking in was a real hassle. I got a message saying self-check-in might be needed, but there weren't any clear instructions available anywhere. it took me over 45 minutes to figure out my room number and code. breakfast was bad. The pastries tasted stale and the hot water for tea had scum floating in it, so i couldn't even drink it.
