I found the location great! it was close to many places to eat nearby. the staff were very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated that. the breakfast was excellent and they even offer a packed lunch!!!
The wi-fi did not work. It was a little inconvenient.

the beds offered great comfort! the room had a great layout. traveling from the tunnel was so easy, and checking in after a long drive from wales was super breezy. we had the exact same level of friendly staff, cleanliness, and comfort on our way back. our expectations were definitely exceeded for our travel rest stop. i recommend it!
The room was a bit small for four people. It would have been even more crowded with three.

i have stayed there many times. the location is excellent with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. the beds are comfortable and the showers are lovely.
the cleaners knocked early before checkout and talked loudly outside the room.

the staff provided a chauffage d'appoint because the general heating was not yet active (a thoughtful gesture). they were also helpful when i needed assistance. i appreciated their quick response.

the room was clean enough.
Checking in was a real hassle. I got a message saying self-check-in might be needed, but there weren't any clear instructions available anywhere. it took me over 45 minutes to figure out my room number and code. breakfast was bad. The pastries tasted stale and the hot water for tea had scum floating in it, so i couldn't even drink it.
