The location was easy to get to, and i found the scenery around the hotel really nice. hotel services seemed up-to-date and modern. i was really happy with the overall day. there were games to entertain the kids. Everything was clean.

the room i stayed in was a bit too small and there was only one chair, not really a place to sit other than the beds.

The hotel is situated in a perfect location with a lot of green walking paths and no cars. the tram is reliable and only a few minutes from the hotel. This makes access easy.

the receptionists were super friendly. early check-in was available, and rooms were really clean. there was also free coffee available throughout the day. i did appreciate the convenient access, that helped with my morning.

wi-fi was not good, and there was almost no room to sit for breakfast. i had to wait before i could sit down, before i went to get my breakfast. it was inconvenient and a little frustrating.

the room and bathroom were clean and well appointed, i must admit. unlimited coffee in reception was welcome.

The parking garage was full. I had to find another place, a hassle. the location in general wasn't ideal. It was further from attractions than i expected. waze gps was inaccurate, i spent a lot of time just trying to find the hotel initially.

delayed check-indiscourteous staff

The check-in was delayed multiple times and was only completed at 5 PM. This caused significant inconvenience. The hotel sits in a pedestrian zone and the parking cost was 25 euro per night for a motorcycle. I received no alternative parking suggestions. I was just prohibited from leaving my motorcycle near the hotel. The reception staff was almost discourteous.
