i appreciated the comfy beds. the included breakfast was good. i also found the staff really helpful. the location allowed simple access to the historical city center, and one tram from the central station made transport easy.
the absence of a mini fridge in the room was inconvenient. i couldn't have a cold drink readily available. this affected my experience a bit. a mini fridge would be a good addition.

the room was a good size and the shower was just right i left the room window open at night and did get some insect bites. the superb transport connections from the main station were very useful i thought the breakfast was very good and filling.

i found the staff very helpful , particularly when i needed directions. there is a tram stop conveniently located right outside , it provided easy access to the city center. the rooms were clean and well-kept , i really liked the attention to detail.
the air conditioning in my room did not seem to function correctly , it made it difficult to regulate the temperature. the breakfast area felt quite small , it often became crowded during peak hours. the lack of a mini fridge in the room was a bit inconvenient , i wished to keep drinks cold.

the shower pressure was a bit weak, and that did make it a little difficult to wash my long hair properly. otherwise, i have no issue.
