The location was fantastic, just steps from the cathedral. The staff offered a warm welcome and efficient service. i enjoyed happy hour with complimentary drinks and snacks each afternoon. my room was clean and well-kept, a real treat after a busy day.

The room size was smaller than i anticipated. It was a bit challenging to manage luggage in the limited space though i made do.

the breakfast selection featured fresh pastries and a variety of local cheeses. there was a coffee machine for cappuccinos. happy hour provided free drinks and snacks in a relaxed setting, a nice touch, i felt.

The reception staff were helpful with directions and recommendations for local restaurants. housekeeping kept my room super clean with fresh towels daily, and i really appreciated that.

The hotel's central position made it easy to walk to many attractions. I could easily reach the grote markt and several museums. the metro station was also nearby for convenient access to other parts of the city!

The hotel location was acceptable as it provided easy access to nearby areas.

My room was not properly cleaned one day. It seems staff forgot this task. I had to request new towels late at night, inconvenient. A stain on the bedframe was concerning and makes you wonder about hygiene.

the hotel is located centrally. free drinks and snacks were offered during the afternoon aperitivo. the staff was friendly and helpful (i got good tips!).

i noticed some old stains on the white walls in the room. the glass door of the toilet did not fully shut. i could hear noise from the hallway outside.

there are sitting corners inside and outside the hotel. umbrellas were offered to guests when it rained. i saw various drinks and snacks available during happy hour.
