the location was central to many attractions. the rooms included comfortable beds, promoting restful sleep. i found the staff to be particularly helpful and attentive . free wine and snacks were available from 4:30 pm daily.

i noticed some minor wear on the curtains in my room.

The team was helpful upon my arrival. I found the rooms clean. They provided good WiFi, which I need for my business. There was also plenty of space in the room.

The room did not match the size presented in photos. I noticed stains on the white walls. The bathroom had a glass door that did not fully shut, this reduced privacy.

The location of this hotel proved convenient. i liked the cleanliness of my superior double room. It was airy. sharon at reception was very cute each time i saw her. the aperitivo with drinks in the evening was a very nice touch.

The location was fantastic, just steps from the cathedral. The staff offered a warm welcome and efficient service. i enjoyed happy hour with complimentary drinks and snacks each afternoon. my room was clean and well kept, a real treat after a busy day.

The room size was smaller than i anticipated. It was a bit challenging to manage luggage in the limited space though i made do.

Underwhelming stay near the center

The hotel location was acceptable as it provided easy access to nearby areas.

My room was not properly cleaned one day. It seems staff forgot this task. I had to request new towels late at night, inconvenient. A stain on the bedframe was concerning and makes you wonder about hygiene.

the hotel is located centrally. free drinks and snacks were offered during the afternoon aperitivo. the staff was friendly and helpful (i got good tips!).

i noticed some old stains on the white walls in the room. the glass door of the toilet did not fully shut. i could hear noise from the hallway outside.
