i appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment. the breakfast selection was also good with a variety of options.
I found the lack of sockets in the bedroom quite inconvenient. the tv also didn't work. No one came to fix it despite my complaint.

I loved the very clean apartment. It felt so refreshing. the staff were always happy to assist with anything we needed. They showed such kindness. the pool area looked beautiful and the beds felt very comfortable. We loved the pool.
I found the cooking facilities disappointing. A confusing hob bothered me. there were ants in the room, which wasn't ideal. the hotel asked for a cash deposit upon arrival, i didn't like this. I think it is unfair.

the climate control in the room worked well enough.
i found the rooms rather basic. there were no sockets in the bedroom and some lights did not work. despite my complaints, no one came to fix these issues .
