The location was convenient to the main train station. The staff members were all friendly.

There was no air conditioning, and with the window open, street sounds were very loud. It made sleeping difficult..

the breakfast selection was amazing!!! i found fresh fruits and a wide variety of options. the staff were attentive and super friendly.

The single use plastic cups in the bathroom were not great. i also found it weird i had to leave my key every time i left the hotel. That felt a little unsafe.

the location was excellent with easy access to public transport. breakfast was very varied with many choices available. the staff were consistently helpful, providing assistance with directions. i also found the room to be very clean with daily housekeeping services.

the furniture felt dated and could use some refurbishment. this gave the room an older feel.
