Excellent Stay Near the Eiffel Tower!

helpful staff wood desk

The staff was VERY helpful and cute. The room featured a handmade wood fold-down desk with a built-in light and outlet. It was efficient. We got a free upgrade to a beautiful room. It provided a view of the eiffel tower from the seventh floor.

The elevator was EXTREMELY small. It fit only one person with luggage or two people with backpacks. It caused some inconvenience .

Location

9/10

The hotel had a perfect location between the 15th and 7th arrondissements. This location offered walking distance to attractions. We found it especially convenient to walk to the eiffel tower, as well as the louvre. Several metro stations were also nearby.

Facilities

8/10

Breakfast was available for about 12 euro per day. It included fresh pastries, fruit, and cereal. The room included a water heater for making tea and a refrigerator. This helped.

Service

10/10

The reception staff was friendly and accommodating. They assisted with directions and information. The front desk was very helpful and professional. I really appreciated their attentiveness and willingness to help with any requests.

Convenient Location, Friendly Staff

metro stops friendly staff

The hotel location near multiple metro stops was a plus. I found it within 500 meters. The staff members were friendly and cute . Breakfast had fresh pastries and fruit for about 12 euros. My room, while small, felt comfortable and well kept.

The hairdryer in my room did not produce much heat. It took a very long time to dry my hair. the TV channels did not work .

Service

9/10

The reception staff was available 24 hours and offered assistance promptly. I asked for information about local transportation, and they provided detailed directions. They also helped with luggage storage after checkout, a service I really appreciated.
