The beds were really comfortable and quiet. the location is good with easy access to nearby restaurants. staff are accommodating and helpful. I appreciate the kitchen staff, too. the breakfast was amazing!!!

the registration software initially showed our room as already booked. it took some time to resolve this software issue.

the staff seemed nice and the breakfast buffet was acceptable, it had enough options.

the room was too small for my liking, there wasn't a proper wardrobe. i didn't have a lot of space to put my belongings, it reminded me of i was constantly tripping over my suitcase. also, the vent in the room made a very loud noise and had to be turned off, it was very annoying.

the hotel has a direct tram line from the port to the city center (very convenient!). the location made it easy to get around quickly. the breakfast had a wide variety of food, i found it very tasty.

there was no fridge in the room.
