amazing stay at a central hotel

attentive staff breakfast variety expansive menu

the reception staff provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants and sightseeing , and they seemed to speak finnish , english , and swedish. i found the breakfast to be excellent with a good variety of choices and willing staff. the dinner menu was expansive and included a bellini week menu that was a standout surprise.

The room was spacious and well-equipped. A great city view opened from the window. I did not hear any sounds from other rooms. Breakfast had enough variety.

I missed a hook or shelf in the room. Otherwise, everything was perfect, fresh, and quiet. My stay was very relaxing. There was little to find fault with, but i still noted this.

luggage storage convenient location room upgrade public transport

i found the option to store my luggage quite useful both before check-in and after check-out. the hotel's location near the main railway station made it easy to use public transport, including the metro and bus! i got a complimentary room upgrade because my reserved room category was fully booked, which i appreciated very much. the free upgrade was a nice surprise.

The air conditioning in my room did not work well. It was quite hot despite my adjusting the settings, and i didn't sleep well

The air conditioning was ineffective. The room became uncomfortably warm. Street noise disrupted sleep. There was beer drinking noise late at night. The bathroom was quite small. It was difficult to maneuver.
