The room was spacious and well-equipped. A great city view opened from the window. I did not hear any sounds from other rooms. Breakfast had enough variety.

I missed a hook or shelf in the room. Otherwise, everything was perfect, fresh, and quiet. My stay was very relaxing. There was little to find fault with, but i still noted this.

i found the option to store my luggage quite useful both before check-in and after check-out. the hotel's location near the main railway station made it easy to use public transport, including the metro and bus! i got a complimentary room upgrade because my reserved room category was fully booked, which i appreciated very much. the free upgrade was a nice surprise.

The air conditioning in my room did not work well. It was quite hot despite my adjusting the settings, and i didn't sleep well
