Acceptable stay, yet some issues encountered

inoperative temperature control unhelpful staff

The location was acceptable, close to transportation routes.

The room felt dated. The temperature control was inoperative. I also noticed the front desk staff did not confirm identification when distributing keys to our companions.

internal courtyard scratched floors

i was disappointed. i had an issue with the room i was assigned. the dark internal courtyard view was not ideal as it offered no natural light, made working from the room unpleasant. the scratched floors showed wear, and while the shower was renovated it was nice, the bathroom overall felt dated and cleanliness could be improved. it was such a shame.

bathroom products room decoration easy walk

the room had an iron and several bathroom products, which i found quite useful. the room decoration seemed nice and the space felt generous. i found several good restaurants within easy walking distance.

the air conditioning seemed to only have a heat setting, necessary to open the window at times.

Acceptable, But Room for Improvement

dark bedroom poor ventilation

I encountered some issues . The room felt quite dark because the blackout curtains had to remain closed to ensure privacy from adjacent rooms. This made it difficult to enjoy any natural light. the shower lacked a proper door, coupled with poor ventilation, resulted in a perpetually damp bathroom..
