The bathtub inside my room was amazing and a really unique touch! i loved the marco polo robes they provided. They were super plush. breakfast was fantastic. It arrived promptly and had plenty of delicious things. plus, parking was easy, which i certainly appreciated after driving!

the bar was a little too chilly for me in the evening, though i still enjoyed my time!

I found the truffle pasta divine, and the pizza at the bar was really good too. It was certainly a treat after a long day. the quality and freshness were really good, i cannot praise it enough.

The staff were so cute and always ready to assist, i loved their attentiveness! melissa especially stood out. She gave me a warm welcome and also tons of great info. i really felt taken care of, top marks for their wonderful service!

The hotel includes a recently refurbished interior and an elevator, which definitely made getting to my room super easy. the decor screams elegance! i reminded me of i was staying somewhere special. Everything felt so luxurious and great.

Decent Stay with Some Disappointments

The noise levels were quite high. I could hear other guests coming and going at all hours. This made it difficult to sleep soundly (even with earplugs). The breakfast was also underwhelming. It felt quite minimal and not very satisfying compared to what I expected, given the hotel's supposed high standard.

staff were available, prompt and keen to assist.

I arrived on a saturday after a long drive. i was informed about a band performing from 6.30pm to 9.30pm. the band played until 10.30pm then music continued until midnight. there was no sound proofing.
