I appreciated the easy contactless check-in. It made arrival smooth. The room had a fridge, a convenient addition. The location is very close to the train station making travel simple.

The lighting in the room was either too bright or not working at all, slightly inconvenient.

the automatic lockboxes made check in uncomplicated and fast! the location is excellent for going out in the city. i loved that bus and tram stops are directly in front of the hotel. the main train station is a short distance away.

The room we booked did not look like the pictures the hotel showed, unfortunately. wi fi did not work well. It was hard to open even a picture.
