decent location and friendly staff
friendly staff good transport nearby restaurants noisy ventilation poor maintenance
the staff were very friendly and accommodating. i found good transport links to the center from the hotel. there were also some good restaurants and bars close to the hotel (i tried a couple of them!).
the bathroom ventilation was really noisy whenever i switched the light on. i couldn't use the light late so as not to awaken the other person in the room.

helpful staff happy smile city center
the hotel sit close to the city center. lots of shops were nearby too, including kebab places and a supermarket, that was handy. staff was accommodating and always happy to help, i was always greeted with a smile.
the bathroom was very small. it didn't look like the ones in the pictures. it felt more like a two-star hotel than three.

The breakfast was acceptable..
I encountered some issues . The lack of obvious signage regarding charges for items in the room irritated me. I found a bottle of apple juice and sparkling water on the desk upon arrival and assumed it was complimentary, only to be charged 4.20 euros at checkout. The television was also not great. I had difficulty watching it from the bed due to its small size and high placement.

Solid Stay Close to the Action
convenient location helpful staff room air conditioning comfortable bed
I found the location quite convenient, especially with the underground station nearby. The staff at the front desk were always available to assist with directions and recommendations. I also appreciated the air conditioning in my room during a particularly warm spell. The bed provided a comfortable night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing.
The wi-fi incurred an extra charge per day. This felt a bit outdated.
